Math 7

The following dynamic lesson plan was created during my Advanced Field Experience at St. Thomas More in the fall of 2024, specifically designed to help Grade 7 students master the division of decimals. The lesson incorporates a blend of interactive Smart Notebook presentations, pictorial demonstrations, and engaging group activities to solidify student understanding. 

Students actively explored how multiplication and division relate, practiced dividing decimals through hands-on tasks, and applied these skills to real-world word problems. This approach not only strengthened their mathematical proficiency but also encouraged collaborative problem-solving and critical thinking.
